"Services" means our websites at crystalanchor.com (the "Sites") and our Crystalanchor game application (the "App"). We're also called "Company," "we," "us," and "our" throughout this policy. This Privacy Policy covers information we collect, use, disclose and store about users on our Services, in email and text messages between you and us, and anywhere else you interact with us. CHILDREN

Some of our Services work for kids under 13, others are for people over 13. When we collect information from child-directed sections, we follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We don't usually ask anyone under 13 for personally identifying information like their name, email, phone number, birthdate, or address. People 13 and older might need to provide personal info to use certain parts of our Services—like signing up for our newsletter, using a contact form, making a purchase, or subscribing to our game. Those sections have age gates to keep kids under 13 out. We take children's privacy seriously. Crystalanchor doesn't knowingly collect or use personal information from users under 13 except where COPPA allows it. If we accidentally collect personal information from someone under 13, we'll notify their parent if possible and delete everything about that child. We'll stop collecting their data too.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

When you buy from our shop, we get your name and billing address. We don't handle payment information like credit card numbers ourselves.
